Toby Smith is the founder of Toby's Estate Coffee, a brand synonymous with quality and excellence. His expertise and commitment to ethical sourcing have made Toby's Estate a beloved name among coffee enthusiasts.
Our Story
In June 2024, on a remote Australian beach, fate brought Amelia and Toby together at the drift wood Sunrise Coffee Lounge. This chance encounter sparked a conversation about their mutual love for coffee and their dreams of creating something new. Recognising their shared values and complementary expertise, they decided to join forces.
From that moment, Amelia + Toby came into being. The brand reflects Amelia and Toby's commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Every cup of Amelia + Toby coffee tells a story of passion, dedication, and the serendipity of a meeting that united two coffee pioneers.
